It was written off weeks ago, but now Occupy Wall Street has gone global. Occupy London is a small group that's been inspired by the American uprising, and the activists are planning to set up a tent city in London's financial district starting Oct. 15. “The Wall Street protests sort of inspired everything,” said Kai Wargalla, who co-created the Occupy London Facebook group. “It was just time to start here. We need people to step up and speak out.”
