Fair share?

RMoney keeps saying the rich pay "60 percent of the taxes." Let's look at that. The richest ten percent control about 71 percent of American wealth. Which means that people who control 29 percent of the wealth pay 40 percent of the taxes... sounds a little less fair, no?

There are figures that show that they really only pay about 40% of the taxes and that they actually control 90% of the wealth which all makes in even more cockeyed!!
