Country sing ..... But the Grammy Award-winning singer is now losing his ability to remember things — except for his beloved song lyrics.

"They tell me it's from all the football and boxing and the concussions that I got," the singer told Fox411. "A couple of years ago my memory just started going. But I can remember my songs so I can perform, but other than that ..."

Kristofferson played multiple sports in college and was a Golden Gloves boxer.
