Reducing plastic

Restaurants could cut back on plastic pollution and save money if they would ask us if we want plastic utensils when we get take out. I take my food home, don't use the plastic utensils, I use my own stainless ones. I don't eat out often enough to remember to tell them I don't want them when I order my food.
