Selective law enforcement

On my way from my volunteer job doing taxes for Tax-Aide and leading the Duluth Sonwriters Swap, I heard part of Trumps State of the Union address. I heard some of his revving up of hatred against immigrants. I wondered if he had said anything about enforcing the law against the people who employ them. Just checked the transcript. No surprise, no mention of that.
