Too soon to say June was hottest month

I have been seeing an article from from independent.co.uk, which appeared on June 2, 2019, with headline "June was hottest ever recorded on Earth, European satellite agency announces"

The headline is wrong. I looked up the web site it referred to, which was referring to Europe.

https://climate.copernicus.eu/

It usually takes at least two weeks for global reports to be collected, analyzed and reported.
The following web sites have this information.

https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/sotc/
https://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/news/
