McConnell: Trump White House will have ‘constraints’

Of course, McConnell and other Republicans try to blame all problems in this country on President Obama, even though they have blocked him so much. The ability of people to hold two opposite beliefs at the same time boggles my mind.

If he thinks it doesn't matter who is president, why would he mind if a Democrat is elected?

McConnell: Trump White House will have ‘constraints’
By Mark Hensch

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) says that Donald Trump’s Oval Office would have safeguards against risky behavior.

“Well, one thing I’m pretty calm about is that this is nowhere near the most divisive period in American history,” he said in a preview of an upcoming CBS interview. "But what protects us in this country against big mistakes being made is the structure, the Constitution, the institutions.

“No matter how unusual a personality may be who gets elected to office, there are constraints in this country. You don’t get to do anything you want to.”
