Feeling guilty

Feeling a little guilty. I bought a new brand of herb tea to help my breathing on these high pollution days, and didn't read the label, which clearly says the individual tea bag covers are foil lined. Not environmentally friendly. It doesn't make sense to try to be healthy if we don't take care of the environment, on which our health depends.
