French government warns of travel in Atlanta

From personal experience, I would say that Caucasians should be especially careful in downtown Atlanta, because of the racism against them in the African-American dominated legal system.

The French government has issued a warning to its citizens about traveling in certain American cities, including Atlanta.

“Be vigilant in remote areas of the city center (downtown) after the close of business focus and travel by taxi at night,” the French government says of Atlanta.

Travel advisories are routinely issued by governments, including the United States'. The French advisory also has warnings about 15 other U.S. cities.
