NPR earning its corporate donations

As usual, listening to NPR irritated me earlier today. They were discussing the economy, jobs, some jobs not having enough applicants. They mentioned older people retiring. They mentioned that these jobs were higher level, like doctor's, not ones people could train for quickly. But I didn't hear anything about age discrimination.
