Thanks, rjs. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has been reporting on this, I don't know about this particular detail. A sad situation all around. My church sponsors Hope Elementary School, doing tutoring and enrichment, and I noticed in a list of the schools where problems were found, Hope was not on the list. The principal is committed to helping the students learn. I volunteered there a couple of years.
