Configuration Manager/ Version Control Specialist needed for year plus assignment in North Atlanta. Our client will look to you for building and migrating software across multiple environments within the software development life cycle (SDLC) phases of the software development process. Required success skills include CA- Endevor, JCL, COBOL. Will interact with business owners, application development engineers, system architects, quality assurance analyst, systems administrators, production support engineers, end users, and projects managers. Task includes enforcing Change Management (CM) and Version Control policies, procedures, and best practices. Will migrates mainframe and midrange artifacts through various environments using CA-ENDEVOR, Subversion and AG PAC. Only candidates having mainframe experience using Endeavor will considered. UNIX and Linux experience is a big plus. Position requires supporting implementations, and some off-hours flexibility is needed less
