Where is Obama's weekly address?

I have wondered why President Obama didn't do a weekly radio address, like Bush did. I saw a reference to it at http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2010_03/022739.php

It turns out he is doing one, but so far I haven't been able to find out whether it is aired locally.

I couldn't find it on my local public radio station (WABE in Atlant), looking at their schedule or doing a search on their site. I believe they carried Bush's weekly address. I'm going to call them and check on it. Maybe it's just not a time I'm not usually listening.
