Feeling under the weather.

On the radio, they're talking about Covid-19 and how long the shelter-in-place restrictions should last, how to test if it's safe to let people come to work. They just mentioned people who never get severely sick, no temperature or coughs, just tired and chills. Sounds exactly like me!
